- Very poor quality item. Glued parts are clearly seen and the item was dirty! Red spot on the back! Please see the photos! The quality of the product is worst than the outlet shops! It’s beyond believe! Also the shop customer service is really bad. They don’t accept basic requests such as change in delivery dates and took more than a week after ordering to ship the item! Super slow shipping! Order date : August 2nd. Few hours after ordering I emailed them to request a shipping date change and they refused saying that it’s already ordered. They shipped item 6 days later on August 8th and arrived on August 10th. I contacted Nike HQ and they told me to buy directly from official Nike shop rather than Rakuten one. The item ( Shoe ) quality is really poor! I’ll never buy from this shop in the future.
